521210c71b Dated corrections (2026-10-28): SPEC.md, SECURITY.md, AUDITS.md and anchor/README.md state what an anchor certificate is bound by (its digest sits in the hashed part of the header, so a node that validates the header refuses a detached or replaced certificate, while the block hash does not change); tools/verify-proof.mjs and tools/verify-anchor.mjs are the same files as those served at aere.network/tools 2026-10-28 12:46:28 +02:00

48416dfe73 Initial public release 
Aere Network public source. Everything here can be checked against the live
chain (chain id 2800, https://rpc.aere.network).

Scope note, stated up front rather than buried: consensus on chain 2800 is
classical secp256k1 ECDSA QBFT. The post-quantum work in this repository is at
the signature, precompile, account and transport layers. Nothing here makes the
consensus post-quantum, and no document in it should be read as claiming so.
