TR on chain 2800 from block 24,127,504: the post-quantum commit seal binds the consensus round and the anchor certificate takes the v3 form from that height; verify-anchor.mjs knows the height (COMMIT_ROUND_BLOCK), run-node.sh and the runbooks carry aere.pq.commitRoundBlock
